Gm builders, web2 PM turned web3 founder here. One of my biggest struggles right now is to create a steady stream of continues discovery user interviews to shape the product. What tactics have you used to reach out to your niche user? I am currently targeting on chain workers who earn salaries in crypto.

It works and that is how I have been converting leads thus far but mostly from meet-ups, IRL connections, soft intros. Cold outreach on twitter, telegram or discord seems to be costly as volumes still low and mostly talk to not the right people. What worked for you?
