One of my biggest struggles right now is to create a steady stream of continues discovery user interviews to shape the product. 

What tactics have you used to reach out to your niche user?

I am currently targeting on chain workers who earn salaries in crypto.

It works and that is how I have been converting leads thus far but mostly from meet-ups, IRL connections, soft intros. Cold outreach on twitter, telegram or discord seems to be costly as volumes still low and mostly talk to not the right people.

Join some Discords, and ask the mods if they can give you some advice on an idea you are working on. Then ask everyone you talk to who else you should go talk to.

If you have connections at the Ethereum Foundation, I believe employees there have the option to be paid in crypto. So you could reach out to them.

Yes struggling to find users in the first place in a remotely scalable way. Most that come through are from IRL events, soft intros or communities that I myself am a part of.

No user base yet, product is idea stage.

some more specificity would be helpful here. 

are you struggling to find those users in the first place? 

or theres already some sort of user base but struggling to set up those interviews? 

or you have 1 or 2 interviews and then go through a period where you cant find anyone who’s willing to do an interview?
