Ever feel like you’re not good enough, even when you’re seeing results? That’s imposter syndrome, and we all go through it at some point. I’ve felt it, especially lately as I’ve been building something of my own. How do you handle it when it shows up? Personally, I try to remind myself of what I’ve already accomplished and how much more I want to do. Let’s use the topic of the day to talk about ways you can push past self doubt and deal with imposter syndrome.

I don’t know how to handle it and that’s why I’ll be here jotting other people’s methods on how they did handled theirs or overcome it. Ty Mare.

I usually meditate my way out of it, however, the below advice is what I give to others who don't really meditate.. Acknowledge Your Feelings: Recognize that feeling like an imposter is very common in todays day and age. Accepting these feelings will definitely help you separate them from your self-worth. Reframe Your Thoughts, this literally works with anything and everything, but, challenge negative thoughts by reframing them. Instead of thinking "I don’t belong here," try "I’ve earned my place through hard work." orr one of my personal favourites, from "I got lucky this time" to "I prepared and put in the effort that led to this success." This shift highlights your skills and hard work rather than attributing your success to chance, which is kinda like a big fuck you to the imposter within us
