How do you work with it? Do you use its specifically for certain functions or structure you entire app to be based on effect?

depends. most codebases we get into for clients we adhere to their techstack on their command. so we don't bring in effect unless they agree for my own code I try to leverage it as much as possible. Though it's a TS library so doesn't do all my frontend for me. meaning if I write mostly frontend there's "just" a little effect on the backend e.g. in remix handling the serverside
