I have one bike that has migrated to a trainer for Zwift and realized recently that I haven't changed anything even though it's more or less permanent. It still has a stock road saddle and everything. What are the best upgrades you've made to your indoor setup, both bike and trainer accessories?

I’d say if it’s working for you keep it as is. Big fan is always great I found.
