While I was at the gym today my friend who I go with was discussing how he feels like after working out he wants to eat healthier and isn’t interested in the baked goods from our local bakery.

True but life’s too short not enjoy delicious food

I agree with you but food is always easily available, but a good body or healthy , if it is lost, it will not come back easily. Life is short, but if we are not careful, this short life will hardly pass.
