Disappointed and a little embarrassed it feels like my fitness peaked end of May and has been a slow grind back to that point Doing a brick workout today (7 mile slow run / 90 min cycle) and it feels like its taking “too” much will power to get the 2nd leg of the workout going, versus effortlessly flowing into the 2nd workout and using willpower when I’m gassed

how much are you resting/ giving your body time to recover? sounds counter intuitive but a week off may make you stronger.
