when zora creators notice their tokens are close to launch, they should mint some editions for themselves. on tez it was common practice for artists to buy back or hold editions; same principle applies. that the creator can impact the secondary by holding editions for a minimal cost is extremely intriguing

Didn’t they move the threshold to like 2000? How realistic is this for the average person?

1111 ~= .125 ETH ~= $300. considering this can be achieved with multiple collectors over time, i'd say it's significantly easier to achieve than trying to sell a 1/1 at the same value. i've seen tons of 1/1s listed at that and more

Ahh ok so half - and used to be 200 yeah? That’s more achievable but idk something about having so many editions irks me - like I’d rather just buy one at $2 than 10 at .20 cents but maybe that’s just a me problem

used to be 200, but it's not enough for a healthy liquidity pool. 1111 should be significantly healthier and less volatile. rather than thinking of them editions (like editions of a print or sneaker for example) think of them like shares or fractions. more liquidity = more attention = more value. this is a very good thing. price of secondary editions doesn't even matter, only that trades occur (royalties). if we do our next @metaliminal.eth project under this model I think everyone will be surprised with how effective it is
