Personally I think crypto needs to lobby more with democrats, especially younger ones, not just politicians but voters, to build as cross-partisan a base of support as possible. Honestly coming here was my first exposure to crypto left people and all the ways the mechanics of it work with leftist ideas.

yeah I'm surprised there aren't more "crypto left" voices out there. The world's of nuclear and geoengineering, for instance, tend to skew toward the right, but there are prominent writers in places like Jacobin and elsewhere who articulate a left-wing position on nuclear (Leigh Phillips) or geoengineering (Holly Jean Buck)
