I love people with service jobs who are friendly and do their job well. Service jobs are quite tough, so when I have the opportunity to I always fill out the survey at the end or call the shop and let their boss know they did a good job. 

When I was working a service job I had a few customers like this and honestly it always saved my ass when it came to performance reviews or when I had a shitty customer!

I agree with this fully! It’s a tough job and the people in these roles usually receive a lot of shit. We should appreciate people in service roles and be kind, smile and thank them! If someone does a great job give them the feedback through surveys or talk to their managers!
