i kinda feel like starting a company helps to increase your self esteem and mental resiliency? 

idk thats the way i see it. my self esteem is not wholly tied to /humankind, but this year my perspective has changed from "i can't do it, I don't want to try" to "i can't do it, but i'll try anyways"

usually a bit of both
