time for my monthly annoying reflection accountability revenue humankind mrr post lol The good: - Hypersub subscribers are doing extremely well. Originally I thought that I would only have second time buyers but seems like there are a few first time buyers. - Baseline on months I'm not selling is slowly moving up - from $300, to $1000, to $1250 - Really enjoying collabing with my customers. People are telling me that they're going to order a few already for xmas! - Launched onchain testimonials, future of retention tooling The bad: - My office is packed with non-sellable inventory like empty vessels, wicks, etc. I need to clear it out soon. Inventory experimentation is taking up too much physical space - Still haven't reached out to retailers yet. But I feel like I need to revamp my full collection before reaching out because the candles don't feel display ready. But I do have a lead gen list alr. - Have not taken a full weekend off on 2 months lol

Unsolicited advice don’t wait to reach out to retailers do it asap: a) their buying process is gonna take longer than you think b) larger retails will tell you what they want.. they won’t likely accept what you’re selling create a goal, create a repeatable process Execute on that process relentlessly until you achieve your goal

Ah ok - small shops are plentiful across the continent. I haven’t sold to retailers, I was in direct sales for near a decade (from SMB to Enterprise) a close family member sells to large retail chains and I follow along closely I am happy to chat if you ever want to
