There are VC funds that do this such as SKKY partners, Kim K’s VC fund. Apparently they were looking to raise $1b.

I think organic creators like youtubers, artists, etc. vs celebrity level is quite different (former is much more interesting to me) but I could see Kim being v good at the latter
