What is an unusual trait you look for in founders that you believe is different from other VCs?

for founders (and for the team at paradigm) 

energy/obsession is probably underrated relative to IQ (although we love IQ). it is amazing what can be achieved through sustained, compounding effort.

presence of superpower vs lack of weakness (“brilliant mutants”)
