Poetic that the LA Phil is doing Tchaikovsky’s Pathétique Symphony on Saturday. Tickets are scarce, doesn’t look like they’re canceling. Should be quite a moment.

I love that symphony so much. Also the book named by the same title by Klaus Mann. 😍 Now seeing this makes me think, I should go hear it too. They're performing it alongside Shostakovich end of the month! Plus a lady conducting, that is still rare.
