There’s nothing to permit. These are just math definitions. “Physics” is just constraints that hold among them. F=ma is a constraint on “acceleration” if F is a pure noise a is as well and all higher derivatives will be non-zero. In practice pure noise doesn’t exist so really high derivatives will go to zer
