Worked today from a business center at a hotel in London, that has been blasting loud music since late afternoon. Why did we all collectively decide that we can’t have quiet places outside residential buildings - not even quiet work spaces?!! I listen to music to get into the right headspace, but having to tune out the noise is like an extra 20% brain battery usage.

It's insane how some places blast loud music in a space that's more suitable for work. Am I just too sensitive? People don't seem to be really bothered
