true. in order to be innovative on an axes, you must be conventional on the others. cannot innovate on too many axes at once. it's too resource intensive, both for the founder and the customer.

i can relate to it. I feel it’s quite in line with Paul Graham’s "If you're not sure what to do as an entrepreneur, do anything. Action produces information".
