Update on Warpcast home feeds

Based on feedback, we've:

- Turned off recommendations (since a lot of them were spammy rn)
- Turned off replies + reply bumping
- Tweaked the algo to de-dupe recasts

Please let me know if things are better or worse!

He also didn’t have the benefit of building from ground up. 
I’ve enjoyed the effort of features launched on X. I watch/listen to many podcasts straight from X now. That was a cool feature. 
But yeah farcaster is crushing it
