the twitter algorithm being complete dog shit for weeks feels like a potential strong medium-term farcaster tailwind 90% of the tweets are not even remotely in the ballpark of topics i care about and ive been trying(and failing) to prune the algo by hitting the toggle and selecting “show me fewer posts like this”

Warpcast used to have "show less like this". It worked very very well

It's really bad. I don't know why it's so hard to just show the top posts from people you follow and posts that were liked/RTed by people you follow.

The facts is warpcast is being haunted by the bots as well. X in other hand, is totally overwhelmed by unrelated comments and scam projects, so bad that I seldom post anything there anymore.

Maaan, Scoop has been infiltrated by bots! The bot somehow tracks which card a user goes to and buys it before, and if you buy it (pamped the price), it immediately sells it. Several people I know have run into this already.

Totally agree. The Twitter algorithm has been off lately, showing irrelevant content no matter how much I try to tune it. This could really be an opportunity for Farcaster to shine as a more tailored alternative.
