My sister bought me a $60 shirt from my birthday. It's being shipped from Canada to Minnesota. Just received this from UPS. Are we sick of "winning" yet?

The tariffs for Canada are 25%. 60*0.25=15, so $75 total. UPS is demanding $76 more. Does UPS charge that much for service?

She already paid for the shirt, so I have no idea. It seems like a real link from UPS and the tracking link works. I'm definitely not paying $151 for a $60 shirt that's already paid for.
