Nothing beats the feeling of a returned cat after being lost for five days. Lost to us anyway, I’m pretty sure he knew exactly where he was, but was a bit scared to come out (we moved house a few weeks ago) ignoring our five days of calling and treat bag shaking! Cats are unique creatures.

So happy that he's returned safe and sound! Do you think he'd tolerate wearing a gps tracker for more peace of mind? I've considered it for my indoor cat bc, despite being trained to come, she won't come until she smells the treats. Meaning I need to be generally close to her anyways in order to get her attention

I do wonder why they can’t add tracking to the microchip in him which has his contact details. Owners would happily pay for it I’m sure. He is indoor/outdoor so usually good just scared due to our move to a noisier place. A GPS on a collar for an indoor cat should be ok, can’t get caught on fences etc
