Rooftop started with this as the exact premise - well paid opp's for women, & much needed skills to blockchain eg not just devs, but women marketers/project managers etc. It's hard to get women to see the opportunity & also hard to get crypto world to realise one doesn't need '3 years web3 experience' to do a job.
