I do think ETH will be fine, I just struggle with the case for owning it vs BTC/SOL, and haven’t heard a good case for why it’s bullish *against* those assets. 

We saw like a week post-election where it outperformed, and then ETHBTC got sent back down to new lows. Would be keen to hear a material case for ETHBTC or ETHSOL being green over the next 1y

i don't think this time is different

fair enough, think there's reason it could be different this time, but i'd rather be wrong than right here

the reason being SOL outperforming ETH? it's in this weird spot, not as lindy and simple as BTC, not as hot as SOL

my point was ETH/BTC goes up in 2025

tbh I'd probably hold ETH just for the lindyness and me being a heavy EVM user even if there's a decent chance SOL outperforms

sleeping good at night is sometimes underrated

yea i still hold ETH mainly for that reason. i would feel like shit as a heavy EVM ecosystem user/participant if it sent and i was early and i didn't share in the upside

that and like, spiritual/vibe alignment with ethereum as an artwork
