Re: channels: most casts aren't time-sensitive so it would be nice if there was a queue where non-members could submit their casts to a channel and they're "pending" until a mod accepts or rejects

If accepted, the cast gets posted in the channel + the author gets invited as a member automatically

this is a cool idea! discussed this with @jtgi  a few weeks ago..but it makes much more sense now with the new membership model. we’ll explore this with cura. 

today we enabled a somewhat tangential feature in cura - a mod can see top replies from non-members, with a 1-click invite to onboard quality replies/users as members
