this week, as a team we've had to - deal with infra fires - manage concurrent unknowns in a workstream with looming deadlines - juggle between product<->protocol and spread thin - show up for meetings at weird hours due to travels yet, everyday has been fun and exhilarating. earlier i used to believe that it's all about your mindset - if you see challenges as opportunities, you can overcome most things. but now i believe that this is only partially true. the 'people' around you matter as much. i'm fortunate to work with people i enjoy spending time with; we can openly build our convictions together; and we aspire to do great work.

It’s those moments when the product is on fire that you can truly appreciate the work. When customers have issues, we scramble to make them whole simply because we care. And you’re right, it feels worth it.
