this week, as a team we've had to
- deal with infra fires
- manage concurrent unknowns in a workstream with looming deadlines
- juggle between product<->protocol and spread thin
- show up for meetings at weird hours due to travels

yet, everyday has been fun and exhilarating. 

earlier i used to believe that it's all about your mindset - if you see challenges as opportunities, you can overcome most things. but now i believe that this is only partially true. the 'people' around you matter as much. 

i'm fortunate to work with people i enjoy spending time with; we can openly build our convictions together; and we aspire to do great work.
