Create something with your hands.
It doesn’t matter what it is—
write, draw, play an instrument, do calligraphy.
Just use your hands to bring something into the world that didn’t exist before.
There’s a deep kind of calm that comes with creation.
And when you make something, no matter how small,
you reconnect with a sense of purpose—
you begin to feel better about yourself
because you’ve proven, even in the tiniest way,
that you have the power to create.

I don't know how to do any art with my hands.
A few years ago, I tried to learn to play the violin for about 6 years, but I decided that maybe I was not musically talented enough, so I gave up.
But I always enjoy making things with my hand.
