Unfortunately, I blocked a lane when the car died. 
Fortunately, it's Costco so they have batteries on sale right there. Open until 9pm!

Oof, I'd just abandon the car if the alternator gives up. It's tedious on most cars but I can't imagine what a pain it might be on the 911.

At least it wasn't an alternator! Did that once in the middle of the night at a truck stop somewhere in back woods Tennessee, would not recommend
