Hello, i got a question about Smoothly: should this mev relay validator registration check api affirm a validator that has not yet proposed a block? It's a day old only.

yes, thats why i am asking! i have one  older validator that gets the expected positive response, but the new one doesnt. and they're both running in the same client.
