the ai crypto landscape currently is disappointing to see for me

all slop tbh. maybe 0.01% are not. but even then in the face of what real AI twitter has been cooking up, it's really not even close. we are basically producing no effort 10 line system prompt GPT wrappers and making them token mascots to gamble on

reality is there are not enough good builders. i hope ai16z's community focused approach does something about this, but after observing the AI protocols from last year and what they have achieved since, i still remain lukewarm

it's jarring for me to switch from the ai/yc twitter to crypto ai twitter just seeing the difference in progress. embarrassing even. there are lots of interesting ideas to be discovered i feel like, but why do that when you can make millions, completrly liquid, in a few months?

the ai agent coins are not supposed to be ai. they are token mascots. they are the new nfts. instead of picking from one collection based on traits, you buy shares in the collection itself. the finetune = the art

they don't have to be good or useful. they just need to hit
