What’s your opinion on spending $$ for a pre-seed / seed deck?

I am of the mindset it’s a waste of time and money so long as you’re spending time and money on product

If you are a first time founder with zero network access -> Spend $ for pre-seed/seed deck as it will represent you and make a lasting impression. Aesthetics do open doors. 

If you are embedded in the start-up ecosystem and have a strong product: Just drop a mail with few links.
