Another. I haven't been here for harvest yet, probably a few more weeks, but I have 3 avocado trees and I am going to have hundreds... at least 500 avocados. We had an Italian chef over this weekend and he's very excited to make avocado gelato with us.

Yeah. In NYC, timing avocados was an activity in itself. In Costa Rica, we just have avocados on persistent standby. šŸ„‘
