It's likely because the current min wage is so low. A much larger % of people are making less than what it would be if it kept up with inflation, so raising it would have a much greater impact than just on that 1.3%.

I'm not a fan of the Watch Ultra, but I am incredibly impressed with my Fold 6, Watch 7, and Buds3 Pro. The Fold 6 is an astounding feat of engineering, especially considering what foldables were like just a few years ago.
