I’ve been noticing that I’m getting sick more often than before, but at least I’m recovering faster each time. That said, the frequency is starting to take a toll—it feels like I’m constantly bouncing back, only to get knocked down again.

Same here. I rarely got sick before covid. Now it's like every other month. It's so frustrating.
