Does the moxie jail still exist? I thought that, in exchange for its removal, restrictions were placed on quot and reply.

Still exists to catch farm rings and some devs are triggering it too with their testing on the timeline.

Yes, I donโt think it affects the average caster any longer. We just hit our daily caps and stop giving moxie.
