Another HEAVY leg day 🦵🏼 started with 25 on each side, added 10, then another 10. I always make sure to add a few days of strength training every week so I don’t lose my muscle, especially with the cardio from boxing.

I do lbs! But this photos I have 45 lbs on each side + the bar is 40 lbs
