curious what everyone's stance is on morning vs evening workouts morning feels ideal because it makes the day feel longer/more free time but waking up becomes 100x less enjoyable

I used to struggle with morning workouts too, but found a trick that works for me: prepping the night before. Lay out your gear, set a motivating playlist, and even get some quick, easy breakfast ready. Waking up is still tough, but the energy boost and extra free time throughout the day make it worth it!
