To make an Aperol Spritz, you’ll need just a few simple ingredients. Here’s what you’ll need:

3 parts Prosecco
2 parts Aperol
1 part soda water
Ice
Orange slice for garnish
It’s important to use good quality Prosecco and Aperol to get the best possible flavour. If you can’t find Aperol, you can substitute it with Campari or another bitter orange liqueur.

Drink slowly. Take your time with your drinks and take breaks between glasses of alcohol. This will allow your body to better absorb the alcohol and reduce the risk of getting drunk.

Margarita cocktail recipe:
1. Chill the glass in the freezer. Make a salty rim by first dipping the rim of the glass in water or lime juice, then in a saucer with salt.

2. Fill the shaker with ice. Add all ingredients.

3. Shake well and strain through a sieve (strainer).

Place ice in an Old Fashioned glass, pour in gin, Campari bitters and vermouth. Stir with a spoon and garnish with a thin slice of orange.
