what is the best bridge to and from base to mainnet with the lowest fees?

I haven't done it and have'0' experience with ETH but I saw someone say you can send ETH to coinbase on ETH mainnet and then send it back to your wallet as BASE. Not sure if that makes sense...?

Oh yeah I remember someone saying if you use Coinbase wallet, it’s free. Or close to.
