I've basically never once regretted going to the gym first thing in the morning. Sucks dragging myself out of bed, but always feel better after, often for many hours. Wake up early, workout often.

Yep - even though I enjoy focusing on work in morning, if I skip the workout it crushes my day

I did the 6:00am forever but they closed the place by my house, so put one in my garage but def not the same as the camaraderie and fun of seeing the AM people daily.
