One small thing I do is I never snooze my alarm during the week. When it goes off I get up immediately, no laying in bed looking at my phone either. Feel like it’s a jump start on the day.

Little shit like this is so important. In the same. Also - I always make my bed and take a shower. Even if I showered the night before and im in a hurry. Something about that just helps me feel like im starting off the day right. I remember watching a documentary about Navy Seals and they talked about how important it was to make the bed. So I started doing it after that lol.
