Building small habits can provide the strength needed to achieve bigger goals. So, I decided to start with something simple: drinking water. My goal is to drink 2 liters of water every day for the next two weeks. I've heard it's good for both health and skin, so I'm determined to stick with it. To help me succeed. Idownloaded an app called WaterMinder and got myself a new water bottle.
