Building small habits can provide the strength needed to achieve bigger goals. So, I decided to start with something simple: drinking water. My goal is to drink 2 liters of water every day for the next two weeks. I've heard it's good for both health and skin, so I'm determined to stick with it. To help me succeed. Idownloaded an app called WaterMinder and got myself a new water bottle.

That's amazing. 2L is the average amount of water people release from their bodies in a day. Based on this, the European Food Safety Administration or the World Health Organization recommends that people replenish about 2L of water a day.πŸ‘
