My fitness ppl… anyone have some suggestions for healthy energy drinks? Many are labeled as “healthy” but we all kno that marketing plays more of a role in that branding than anything…. Help me see thru the BS. I want to avoid cyanocobalamin (synthetic b12 - literally comes from “sludge” from sewage plants) I don’t like coffee so I need something else! Much thanks in advance 🙏🏻

To put it simply… it’s a synthetic vitamin B12 that many manufacturers are putting into “health” supplements. One way they get it is by scooping off the “sludge” that rises to the top of sewage treatment plants. It gets turned into a powder and then synthesized with a metal. The process exposes the consumer to 4x the amount of cyanide anyone should consume on a daily basis. Learning this has led me to check most supplements products and you’d be amazed at how often it’s used. Even kids drinks 🤦♂️
