Who here has used or currently uses Jira (by Atlassian) and what do you have to say about it? POAP Inc uses it heavily and we are exploring alternatives.

I’ve used Sevicenow + project tools for 2+ years. Atlassian Stack for 3+ years. Linear for 1 year. I work at Asana now so 3+ months. I’ve seen atlassian stack work well but you need a super strong administrator to make it work the way you want. Servicenow was great for tickets but shit for projects or when bugs needed to be promoted to bugs. Not a corporate shill but Asana has pleasantly surprised me in ease and managing tickets queues and project related work. Happy to help more or get on a call

Agree with this from a non technical perspective also ^ Having somebody who manages it makes it actually work but not sure that’s a super strong vote of confidence. Just using Asana or Monday can be sufficient, especially if the scope of users extends to non technical people
