The framing of this article is at least unhelpful, at worst deceptive. The main point of the article is there are macro conditions separate from who wins the election (fair), but not that Harris and Trump have equally favorable/unfavorable crypto policy, which is the implication. Trump’s rhetoric on policy is that he’s highly favorable on crypto. Biden/Harris admin’s actions are extremely clear that they are unfavorable to it.

FWIW I think Laura Shin is a good reporter and I’ve followed her work since 2017, I’m just very skeptical of what seems like a creeping desire to rehabilitate the top Dems clear opposition to and active participation in killing the crypto industry
