It is absolutely insane that White Lotus got criticism for being “too slow” (same pace as first 2 seasons, pure counter signal) 

But Severance didn’t? 5 episodes where nothing happens?

i dunno, i really felt white lotus was especially slower this season but i haven't seen the first two in a while so could be wrong

I’ve seen enough people say this that there must be something to it I guess but I just didn’t get that vibe. I think the first 2 seasons had pretty similarly paced buildups, I didn’t see what the difference was

my main ++ was that severance was also slow af (both seasons, until the last ~2 episodes)
