Does Coinbase intend to build any public good-type projects on Base or primarily fund others via the ecosystem fund?

1/ weāve already been investing in ethereum L1 development on things like 4844: https://www.coinbase.com/blog/supporting-eip-4844-reducing-fees-for-ethereum-layer-2-rollups. i expect that to continue.
