Building /indexing, distributed infra for open data

This week we:

- Drafted our first docs --> launching next week 👀 
- Shipped optimizations that cut our baseline costs by ~30%
- Started including bare metal servers in our infra --> setting the stage for on-prem deployments

tl;dr - it'll likely be a Docker container you can deploy anywhere

It will be able to tap into the rest of the /indexing infra for shared compute + data, but then have all the secure, privileged goodness that comes with on-prem

e.g. subscribe to processed EVM events -> pipe to on-prem Neighborhood -> write to private db
