Posting my 25 week training plan for the Sydney Marathon for my own accountability I ran a 3:45 in Berlin a couple years back --> goal is 3:30 in Sydney this year Many excuses, but no where near the baseline I hoped to be at right now So! Starting slow, ramping up to a solid baseline quickly, and then increasing distance through the Texas summer from there (expecting many midnight runs)
